Through our unique training programs, A&A equips women with a new way of thinking about their worth and opportunities. Workshops provide practical guidelines to appropriate on-the-job behavior, in addition to helping build inner strength and self-reliance. Self-esteem, verbal and non-verbal communication skills, interviewing, and work ethics are covered in our curriculum. After every workshop, clients are assisted by a volunteer image consultant to select business-appropriate clothing and accessories from our clothing boutique located in the World Trade Center.
