Job Description Summary

Flex has an exciting HR Communications Internship based in Austin, TX! The HR Creative Writing Communications Intern will partner with the Talent Acquisition team, and business stakeholders, to develop compelling job descriptions. The Talent Acquisition Intern will implement innovative research and sourcing strategies, as well as use their personal expertise in organizational psychology, writing, and/or marketing to effectively communicate the benefits of pursuing career opportunities within Flex.

Here is a glimpse of what you will do:

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Utilize various research tools to determine the types of verbiage and information that active and passive candidates would be drawn to in a job description
  • Insure proper formatting, spelling, punctuation, and structure throughout the job description
  • Collaborate with the TA Program Manager throughout this engagement

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled and pursuing degree in Organizational Psychology, English, and/or Marketing from an accredited university
  • Available for 10-12 weeks
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Self-motivated, high energy and strong time management skills
  • Ability to produce in a fast-paced environment
